Jakob and his team are absolutely amazing! He did more than expected to help us buy a new home and sell our old home. Jake and his team were a joy to work with. Professional, courteous and went out of their way to accommodate us. Couldn’t have been happier with our experience selling our house and then finding the perfect new home for our family. I highly Recommend this great team!

Jake is good at customer building, as you think you are friends. Yet once the paper work was signed, and Jake was paid a $90,000 commission check (his portion alone), we never saw him again.
The morning of possesion we waited almost an hr for him, only to finally receive a message after texting him that he wouldn't be coming. We were left to conduct the walkthrough on our own, which was unexpected and overwhelming on a large property with 2 dealings, barns and many other outbuildings.
Over the course of a year, we held off on this review, hoping for at least one visit from him, but it never happened. Jake says we were friends however everyone we knew was so excited to come and see our amazing place, yet Jake was unable to make ONE visit in over a year. Additionally, we never received a thank-you card or any form of appreciation, which from which other realtors have shared this is not typical business practice. This experience left us feeling unappreciated as a customer which is why I have left this review. Hopefully you are valued more in your transaction with him if you choose to go with him.

Looking at Jake's previous reviews, I found it hard to find superlatives that haven't been already been used to describe working with the Christoph Real Estate Group. When Jake met with us he outlined a meticulous process to help sell our house in a rapidly changing market. He then followed through exactly as he said he would and went above and beyond what we expected. He talked the talk and he walked the walk!
He was always available, pitched in to help with difficult problems, and recommended excellent tradespeople when some problems required their expertise. Jake is warm and personable, but he is also an experienced and hard-nosed businessperson who knows the market inside and out and knows what is required to get the job done. Jayde, in the office, is an absolute dream to work with and helped in so many ways. She quickly and cheerfully responded to every to question or request. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience!
