Cindy was with us for two years while we searched for the perfect home. She has also been our realtor through two property sales. What I value in Cindy above all else is her advocacy, attention to detail, knowledge of the market and her commitment to our needs. It felt like I was working with a good friend who truly cared about our home(s). We won't use anyone else.
Cindy never wasted our time trying to convince us to look at homes that didn't fit our criteria and she often would point out the unseen costs and considerations so there were no surprises.
When we were selling our home, she and her team were efficient in all aspects while also helping us navigate a crazy seller's market. In the end we sold our house after only a week with a offer we were extremely happy with.

I would highly recommend Cindy as a realtor, especially for a first time home buyer and/or a young family. Cindy went above and beyond for me and my family to find our perfect starter home. She is very attentive, and since we had a bit of a time crunch, she did everything she could to help us. She also has great recommendations. The mortgage broker we used as per her recommendation, made everything possible.

She went far above and beyond the call of duty without hesitation to help us sell a house during a very difficult time in the market, then helped us find just the right house and property to purchase. She also put in much extra effort to coordinate the details of our new home's construction, which proved invaluable to the project.
