Hair type: Thick Wavy Middle Eastern Hair
I wanted to wait until I washed my hair to give an honest review of the haircut I received (it looked so good styled). After washing my hair, and letting it dry naturally i was amazed at how beautiful the layers fell, how light it felt and how the wave took it's natural form without resistance. Thank you Corey. I've had horrible experiences in the last 2 years and finally I feel like I recognize my hair! Lovely conversations in a beautiful salon setting in the charming downtown of Courtenay- what more could one ask for? Will definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing haircut at Cinnamon! I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted but when it was finished, it was better than I had imagined. My haircut came out so beautifully and I was thrilled with how much it suited me. I had excellent conversation and will definitely be going back and will share good reviews with my friends!

I absolutely adore the girls at Cinnamon Salon! Cory is pure magic with my hair, and I am so lucky to have found her after moving to Courtenay (I put off getting my hair done for a few months as I was so nervous about trying someone new!). She's now cut my hair twice, coloured it many many more times - each time it's looked fantastic. She's a blast to chat with and also welcomes accompanying littles which is fantastic. I was tempted not to leave her a review just so she doesn't get too busy on me haha, she's just that awesome!

My hairstylist of 19 years moved away so I was looking for someone who had the same "style" and personality of her. Corry's Salon is directly across from my office so I thought I would give it a try. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable. She looked at my hair and could tell exactly the color my past Stylist used. I walked away feeling that I had found the right person.
