We needed to have our heat pump moved temporarily to have some plumbing work done. Stephen was great! Very knowledgeable and reassuring, explaining what he was doing. He was efficient and had the job done in less than an hour. We look forward to having him back to put it back in its place when the plumbers are done. Kudos!

There is not one person at Climatec that assisted in the purchase and installation of my new heat pump that didn’t give me number one service. Sales, office, installers, the whole team worked seamlessly to complete the installation as promised. Very knowledgeable! All the employees make great ambassadors for this company. It was my pleasure to do business with them.

Big thanks to Courtney(office) and Cody(technician) and his partner(sorry I missed his name) for their recent help with a small job we needed (replacing of some old, noisy and ineffective bathroom fans). From my initial inquiry to the time the job was done, everything was handled very quickly and professionally. Cody was dispatched to our place and helped to provide a solution to our problem. After receiving and agreeing to the estimate, the work was scheduled without delay. The techs worked efficiently and professionally to complete the work. They even took pictures of the work done in the attic and explained everything in detail once it was done. It is so great to see a team that really values customer experience!

I called Climatec to service our heating system. They were here within a few hours, had diagnosed the problem in less than 30 min., then replaced our thermostat in less than an hour. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service, professionalism, efficiency, affordability. Thank you for helping keep us warm this winter! : )

Team arrived on time. Callum described very well what they would be doing. Very professional and finished ahead of schedule. They even attached our dryer vent! Very happy with the installation of our new heat pump. I would recommend them to others.
