Very unreliable. I had heard great things about this service so I booked a ride home from the airport for after our 1230am flight early this morning. I booked over 10 days in advance. My card was charged 5 days before. I checked the app multiple times waiting in the multiple airports we were in yesterday and it still showed our trip and no mention of any issue. I received an email less that 2hrs before my ride was scheduled, while I was on the plane, so I didn't get it until we landed, saying there was no driver available. The email said the drivers were all booked at the time I had requested. If that was the case I should have been notified long before. So after 24hrs of traveling we had to wait for 45min in the taxi line to get a cab. At least I received a refund promptly. Seems like a good service in theory but they obviously don't have enough drivers to make it work.

Arranged a taxi from comox airport to 30 minutes away around 3 months in advance, booking didn't confirm which was in part my fault. In the preceding week chased it up, and they kindly sorted the booking, then a few days before arriving they asked for card details etc which were given.
On the day of arrival (whilst in flight from Heathrow London) they cancelled the booking, saying they no longer have an XL car in the area "due to lack of demand" and was "moved recently to another service region"

I have used this service three times. First time was excellent. Second time driver was 15 mins late for pickup. Third time, a week in advance, I booked a 4:00 am call for ride to airport in Comox. At 3 am was advised no driver had been assigned. App would not let me cancel and email and text messages didn’t allow replies. No driver showed and I had to park my car at the airport for two weeks. Not a reliable service.

Had a really great experience going to the airport. Booked a few days in advance for our morning flight, got notifications all the way until pick up. Very user friendly and informative app. Will plan to use again!
