Really impressed after bringing my car in for a back window concern. Joel was super friendly, honest and helpful. He couldn’t find anything wrong, but cleaned out some debris really well, and gave me advice for the issue. He kindly refused to take even a dollar, even though he had my car for an over an hour. Wow. What a fantastic experience. Hardly ever have that kind of customer service anymore. I will be back again!! And they’re open Saturdays!!

I popped into Coastline Glass this morning to inquire about having my front windshield replaced. They had what I needed in stock, were available to do the job right away and gave me a ride home and a friendly conversation. When I picked up my vehicle 2 hrs later, they had vacuumed up my kids messes AND installed a new rear window wiper blade which wasn’t there when I first showed up! I was beyond happy with the service, promptness and extra mile. I’d highly recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks fellas!!

Had a new windshield put into my Yukon and the staff are amazing and the service is outstanding. Got the suv back same day. Great workmanship. Highly recommend.

Replaced my windshield, exactly as advertised, but they also noticed I’d missed some details on my insurance and did it through icbc, saving me $375! Amazing attention to detail from Cody, very surprised and very pleased.
They also vacuumed my floors, and gave me a pen! Would give 6 stars if I could. I’ll be coming back here if I ever have glass issues again.
