This is an edit to my first review. During the ownership transition of this company, my email to customer service was missed. Anyhow, I did had an issue with an order where parts were missing from the packaging and one item damaged. Owner reached out to me and made thing right. Shipped missed parts and offered a partial refund. Thank you

I had planned on installing a Victron Smarshunt that I acquired in the US a couple months ago but lacked a battery temperature sensor to complete the installation while we were out on our summer cruise in BC. Comox Marine answered my inquiry within hours on a Sunday! Stuart, the owner, offered to deliver the part to the marina where we were staying for only a few nights. I was very impressed with this level of service, the fact they had the part in stock and the range of other related products they carry.
UPDATE: Just weeks sfter I wrote this review, I learned that this business was sold to the Chandelry in Nanaimo. No more Victron products in Comoxđ

Stuart and his team are true experts at what they do. They transformed the camper that I purchased, which had been converted from a cargo van to a camper by the former owner, from a âlooks good set upâ to one that is now SAFE (the electrical and propane had originally been installed in a way that they were just a fire waiting to happen), allows for boondocking and RV site camping, and is tailored to my needs.
I am writing this review after having lived very comfortably in the van for 7-months, post the fixes and conversion work completed by Stuartâs team. I chose Comox Marine over Amazon every time. Local business, personalized support for my van conversion, recommendations for the parts that fit my needs and budget, and support/teaching me how to use all the new features in my van. I trust Stuart and appreciate his expertise and the high degree of integrity that he has in managing his business.

I recently visited Comox Marine to find some replacement parts, and I was blown away by their level of expertise. Not only did they have everything I needed, but the staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right parts. Their knowledge and professionalism made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Thank You Stuart

We meant to write this review months ago but we have been having way to much fun in our converted van that we just haven't gotten around to it! The numerous blog posts and Amazon shops we came across when we began building our van and our electrical system only made it more confusing for us. Then we found Stuart and Comox Marine!
He was incredibly helpful and patient getting us set up with what we needed for not only the electrical system but also with our windows, water system, fan, and fridge. We were happy to support a local business, rather than blindly ordering from Amazon. Not only did he get us set up with all of the products that we needed but he went above and beyond, taking the time to walk us through how to install everything correctly. Without his help we would have wasted tons of time, money, and stress but he offered us the advice that we needed for success with our DIY build right from the beginning.
If you are building out a camper van or you are looking for someone to build it for you, look no further! Stuart will get you going with your dream home on wheels.
Thank you so much for all of your help!
