I can hardly believe I had to drive all the way back to pick up the quad, especially knowing it wasn't functioning properly after the wiring harness replacement. There's no way they can assert it was running perfectly when it failed right after I took it off the trailer. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration if they had just admitted it still had the same issue and continued diagnosing it while it was in their possession. My time is valuable, and I feel like they take no responsibility for the diagnostics I’ve paid for. I’ve invested tens of thousands, and while Darren is friendly, the rest of the front staff can be quite rude. They completely disregard their misdiagnoses. If I could upload every receipt and email, I would.
They even claimed I swore at the woman who answered the phone, but if she can’t handle complaints, she shouldn’t be in that position. Their proposed solution was to sign an unlimited repair agreement without specifying any dollar amount or discussing details in their email. Then, they revoked it within 24 hours without further communication. Keep in mind, that timeframe included my sleeping hours and an early work schedule, so I couldn’t read their email immediately. My last bill was $3,000, and I still have the same problem. Save your money and go elsewhere. Make sure to get all repairs in writing via email, because if they say anything over the phone, there’s no proof. This is truly bad business. Also, they drilled holes and zap straps into the front headlight pod instead of using proper bolts when reassembling my quad, and they did so without my permission. Who would be okay with that? Next I’m writing to Polaris head office. You pay for service they should be able to fix the problem. PERIOD.

Bought my chainsaw here a couple of years ago. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service. Pulled a couple of days ago with a motorcycle strapped in the back of my truck to see if they could rent me some loading ramps. They don’t rent them, but offered to use their ramps and help me unload. I didn’t have my motorcycle gear with me, but planned to go back later i. The day and accept their offer of help. I was able to get it unloaded closer to home, but just the fact that they were willing to help me out was amazing. Thank you for your kindness.

Family run business, who absolutely put their customer first. Trained staff who greet you when you come in and they carry a great variety of name brands like Stihl, Toro, and Polaris .....great to have a business such as this in Comox. I can rent what I need or purchase my own 😊. Thank you....

When loading up the bobcat I rented, diesel spilled out all over the road. A couple hours later an employee came back to clean up the spill. Just wanted to recognize CRRs dedication to keeping out community clean.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Weren’t even willing to open up on a Saturday for 10 minutes to make a $31,000 brand new
I ended up going to S2S motorsports in Langley and they over accommodated me to make sure that I was out of there that day with that machine
And then because I didn’t do a sale there
I felt like giving them a sale and buying one of their used Polaris for cash
And it was a complete Cluster.
Maybe they are good at renting out tool. Maybe they’re good at selling Sthil product
Well, when it comes to use recreational toys
I highly recommend that you look somewhere else
If you’re willing to make the drive SS motorsports in Langley is a place to go if you’re not willing to leave the island go to Monty in Duncan
