Mixed feelings about this spot.
We first came in to try the breakfast pastries, and they were absolutely delicious. The turkey roll and the white chocolate scone were to die for — fresh, flavourful, and definitely something we’d order again.
Because of that great first experience (and the positive reviews), we decided to come back for lunch.
Unfortunately, lunch was a bit hit and miss. We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and the red Thai curry chicken, but instead received cheesy prawn asparagus and broccoli cheddar. There was nothing indicating which was which until we tasted it — which could have been a serious issue if someone had a seafood allergy.
The red Thai curry chicken was underwhelming. It tasted like the vegetables hadn’t been cooked in the curry, but were instead added in right before serving, so the flavours didn’t really come together.
We also tried the chicken club sandwich. It wasn’t anything spectacular, but it was a solid sandwich that I’d eat again.
Overall, an amazing start with breakfast, but a less impressive lunch experience. We do not recommend the coffee.

Pretty solid soup and sandwich! I would get again. Sandwich is huge and I couldn't finish it! Friendly staff and good service.

I literally had the best sandwich of my life here and it was on GF bread!!! The most juicy chicken and a stack so big I could not get my mouth around it. If you need a meal for the comox airport consider coming here. It's in a mall food court but it's seriously so good and the staff were very welcoming and personable! Thanks I will be back. Their cheese buns and baked goods also looked amazing for those types!

This place is absolutely amazing! The menu has a great variety of soups and sandwiches. The service is incredible! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal in the area.

Best sandwich I’ve had in Canada, hands down! (And I’ve lived in BC since 2003).
Huge chicken bacon club sandwich loaded with fresh veggies and not an overwhelming amount of mayo.
Soup - roasted butternut squash - absolutely delicious!
First time here, but if I come back to the area, I will absolutely come here for lunch again.
Wish every place made sandwiches like this.
