Brought my son's pc in power kept cycling. Comox valley computers went way above and beyond to get it fixed within a day right after Christmas. They fixed it for an amazing price especially with me being one of the most computer illiterate people ever they could have taken full advantage of us but they made sure to dumb everything down for me and walked me through over the phone to get everything running.

CVC went the extra mile and stayed late to find a fast and future-proof solution when my proprietary PC needed repair post-warranty. Wound up with almost a complete rebuild, and got to bring it home the same day! No issues so far!

My PC got into some trouble (the graphics card exploded) and I was able to drop it off at the store. The folks at Comox Valley Computers were able to diagnose the problem, check over the other hardware, and kept me informed along the way. Options tailored to a budget were discussed, and everything was in layman words. I chose this business because they are a small, local business with many positive reviews, and I wanted to add my own to help direct anyone with their PC-troubles. I was happy with their service and professional conduct, and will definitely go back to them!
