Dr. Moore is amazing, very attentive and obviously takes great pride in ensuring all aspects of eye health. I have recently had multiple surgeries for detached retina, Dr Moore performed multiple tests and followed up immediately with a referral to a local Opthalmologist. I left my appointment knowing exactly what to expect & knowing my eye health was in good hands.
All the staff were very friendly, informative and had a great sense of humor. I booked my appointment partly based on the positive 5-star Google reviews, and they are well deserved.

I was losing my sight quite fast to double vision and the doctor figured out my issues. I can now see very clear with my new glasses. Amazing because I'm an artist and I was panicking everytime I had to zoom in on my work. I was treated with utmost respect and kindness. I had a budget and they stayed well with in my limit. It wasn't an easy fix. Thank you so much I'm very greatful.

I can’t rave enough about Dr. Shannon Moore. She is just an incredibly personable woman, attentive and efficient and ready and willing to solve your problems. I took my daughter to see her as well and she is honestly the best doctor I have met in my 38 years!
The staff is also sweet and fun and very accommodating. 10/5 stars for Comox Valley Optometry.

I was hoping for a last minute/same day appointment to have a problem with my eye looked at and they got me in right away! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Moore was fantastic. A great experience 😊
