The best reflexology session I've ever had. Theresa was not only extremely knowledgeable, but precisely spot on with problem areas in my body. The pain I had in my foot is literally GONE for the first time ever and I'm simply just in shock...I didn't think it was possible. She gave me some tips/homework on how to help other areas of my body, and even gifted me a tool to aid a certain stretch. I was so relaxed and at ease. On top of ALL that, she was genuinely empathetic and interested in my feet and life. My experience was so wholesome and heart warming which I didn't expect. I will 10000% be back. Cannot recommend enough. Do it, book it, I promise you won't regret.

This service will change your feet, your body and your life! I feel so refreshed and healthy after each session. Also, it's easy to get on the cancellation list and get appointments sooner than listed on the calendar. They even accommodate after hours appointments if you email to ask. I can't recommend Comox Valley Reflexology enough.

Every time I visit Comox Valley Reflexology, I come away feeling better, more relaxed, and rejuvenated. During a treatment, Kyla Savage can always pinpoint the exact struggles I might be having with health , and after she works on those pressure points there is always an improvement in my wellbeing. The center is clean, well kept, relaxing, and beautiful. I highly recommend everything about Comox Valley Reflexology!

I had a lovely reflexology session with Bonnie. She is kind, empathetic, warm and excellent at what she does. The space is set up nicely and is a very calming atmosphere. I highly recommend!
