We got a few quotes for an HVAC system and Collin was by far the most knowledgeable. He was professional and helped us to better understand the differences between each system and what would work best for us. Would recommend giving them a call!

We just had a Fujitsu heat pump installed, and are very happy with both the professional installation and knowledge of Colin and Trevor. They really know their stuff, are easy to talk to, and left us feeling that we're in good hands should there be any issues in the future. It gives us great peace of mind to know that we have a 12 year warranty on everything, and can call them 24/7 to help, at no extra cost. We both feel confident that they will follow up promptly. They make us feel they really care about their customers. We want to give a special shout-out to Brenda in the office. She was always kind, prompt, knowledgeable and patient with the whole process, and she has a great sense of humour. It made such a difference knowing that she was always there to help and explain things to us old folks. Thank you, Comox Valley Refrigeration, for a job well done!
