I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. My car broke down unexpectedly, and within 20 mins of calling, Matt arrived. He was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient, ensuring my vehicle was secured properly and transported safely.
The entire process was stress-free, and his expertise gave me peace of mind during a frustrating situation.

My battery died on Hornby and Lexus Canada sent this company. The communication from them was top notch, so I didn’t have to wait around and wait. A few simple calls helped me continually enjoy my day while showing up when they showed up. The driver was great and found us at the camp site no problem.
10/10 would recommend

Gotta love this company. Happy to tow someone from "visitor" parking and ruin their day in order to make a buck. I was parked their for about 45 minutes in order to do a job for one of the condo owners.

SHAY was absolutely incredible ~ Kind, Apologetic (for 6h wait due to BCAA issues + RCMP needing Tow Trucks, it was insane) & extremely knowledgeable & efficient!
On Wed. June 19th, she quickly diagnosed the issue & took extra care with diagnostics, ensuring all was well before she left. (I had called BCAA at 2:38pm, the Tow Truck was finally able to come out to Black Creek at 8:30pm)
She was amazingly kind & empathic on the phone too, she called when she was on her way, both my husband & I were really grateful for her AWESOME customer service & HUman BEing, during a difficult situation
~ Thank U Shay, U made a tough situation much better & easier to manage!
So grateful for Shay's care, highly recommend, top notch care & kindness!

called BCAA... almost 3 hours later i got the call... 10 minutes away. confirmed location pick up and drop off. BCAA got it wrong. talked to Shay! She got it right! Super proud of this girl! fast, efficient, personable and knows what she's doing! Made me feel much better after too long a wait! Thank you Shay!!! BCAA... buck up and pay these contractors what they are worth!
