5 Stars isn't enough! I recently purchased a non-Toyota used truck from Comox Valley Toyota. Taylor was an absolute bright spot and joy to work with, and got me a great deal on my truck. I also got a shockingly good offer for my trade in. The finance department made things simple, and the management team was fantastic, too. I can honestly say that Taylor made the buying experience and absolute pleasure, rather than like going for a root canal without anesthetic, like the experience at a lot of dealerships. I Just can't say enough. I'm so very happy with my experience.

Big Nick at Comox Valley Toyota is awesome!!
I recently sold my Ram TRX , and I’m looking for a more sensible vehicle….
Relatively to my standards anyway 😂
Nick took me out in a 2024 LandCruiser, and Sequoia TRD PRO ..
Both had bigger tires lift kits and all the goodies ..
He ended up hooking me up with a 23 Rogue Platinum was super low mileage to drive for the winter..
And we put an order in for the perfect vehicle in the new year !!

I had a very positive experience at Comox Valley Toyota today. All the staff are very welcoming and the whole process of buying my beautiful RAV4 Prime Plug In Hybrid was seamless. Nick Towill, my sales expert, was knowledgeable and I did not feel any pressure from him to purchase an automobile. plus, the lounge area is the best and most comfortable I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Amazing experience at Comox Valley Toyota during the December 27-29 weekend. While in Courtenay from Vancouver for a quick trip, the headlight on my mother's older Lexus sedan needed replacing. Despite not having any available appointments, they squeezed me in anyway, helped source the part for me locally, and did the work quickly. All the staff were amazing, but James in the Service Department stands out for his professionalism and friendliness. They're all a credit to the dealership. Super impressed.

I can't believe I now own a Lexus,
and a hybrid to boot.
Bought it off the used lot.
Sales lady Cheryl, was a dream to work with. Made my offer they countered, I countered, deal it was done.
Easy pesy.
What a nice facility, even good coffee.
I'm looking forward to the Toyota/Lexus experience. I'm sure they won't disappoint.
