I went into connect hearing to see if they could help get my 91-year-old mother's hearing aid working enough so she could hear a little. They cleaned her hearing aid and replaced the battery at no charge and my mother was thrilled when I returned with the hearing aid because she could actually hear my voice. Although the service in person was very good, the woman I spoke to on the phone twice today kept interrupting and speaking over me. I would stop until there was a pause in the conversation and try to speak, only to be again interrupted. I even tried to ignore the interruptions and finish what I was saying, but she just kept talking over me. Ironic that a person working a hearing clinic would have such poor listening skills.

I have had industrial hearing loss for 50 years, so have had many tests and recommendations. My aids were always irritating and so I wouldn't wear them.
Last week I saw Aubrey. The best, most educated and professional Audiologist, ever! My appointment was over an hour - a first- very thorough! For the first time, my 5 year-old, never worn aids fit!
I'm very much looking forward to receiving my new ones! Thanks Aubrey and Connect!

Great customer service. They Contacted Veterans affairs on my behalf and arranged an upgrade of my hearing aids. Very thorough hearing check and advice on use.
