If I could give 10 stars I would. The estimate was done promptly and they installed a great unit. These guys hooked up a ductless heat pump in my old house, old meaning there were a couple of obstacles that needed problem solving, and they did an awesome job. They were on-time, efficient, communicative, and skilled. Beyond that, they were able to keep a sense of humour while they worked on some of our hottest days. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Joe and his crew were amazing! When I asked for a quote on the system I wanted, Joe personally came, looked at my home, and then the quote for the system arrived promptly. I placed an order for the system, and it was installed about two weeks later!
The install went very smoothly and The system is working even better than I had hoped. I cannot recommend Joe and Controlled Air highly enough.

Joe is the best. I live in a strata and had to jump thru many hoops before I had permission for a heat pump. If it were not for Joe I am sure I would still be waiting. He went out of his way for me. Controlled Air Heating are the best 👍
