Staff mixed up my repair with someone else’s and this caused extensive delays. Not really that big a deal and the staff seemed ok and reasonable. All was well until I got a call from the manager for some unknown reason. Still not sure what the purpose of the call was other than to somehow try to convince me that the delays weren’t their fault, the had done nothing wrong and it was the repair contractor’s fault. Politely asked why calling. He ended up getting weirdly cross with me. Bit of a surreal experience. I hope all is well with them but I’ll likely not be going back. Suggest you don’t respond to this review with sarcasm like you did one of the others although it wouldn’t surprise me after my recent experience.

Avoid at all costs! We have had a terrible experience with this company. We purchased all our new appliances for a major reno, but when we went to install we realized that we had the wrong trim packages for our panel fridge/freezer. Rather than being helpful, they gave us a 1-800 number and told us to have patience. No help, no support (even though this is their company and fault), nothing! It has been over a month and we still do not have doors on our appliances and not sure when we will as no one seems to know where we can get the parts. If I could, I would tear out the appliances and shop elsewhere. But, since that time has passed, I urge you to find another appliance shop. Try Parkers! They provide great service!

What a horrible experience.
Went in a while ago to buy a whole appliance package for our new house. Had previously done business here and it was a good sales experience albeit not great products but back then I was on a budget. My wife and I live in a rural environment and dress down nowadays. We told the salesperson that this was a sole source project but she treated us like dirt. We asked for a couple of sets of appliance options from good to better to best and were told it was too much work to prepare more than one quote. We never even got that from her. So we are shopping elsewhere, spending more money with someone else and will tell everyone we know to stay away.

Five star service from the folks at Courtenay Appliances. We have bought a great refrigerator and now an amazing dishwasher from them and couldn't be happier. One of the real advantages of shopping here is that they carry a much wider variety of appliances than anyone else, and have introduced us to 2 top-quality brand names that we had not heard of before. Full marks for this fantastic store.

Courtenay Appliances worked closely with our designer, my wife. and I in selecting the appliances that fit perfectly in the confined space of our kitchen renovation. The staff were very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. Post purchase service, which included a home visit and advice on operating our appliances, was also outstanding. We would highly recommend Courtenay Appliances for anyone renovating or buying appliances.
