The woman at the front desk is the best. Was very disappointed by the mechanics work though…. After picking up my car I noticed it was covered in spots of dry oil like something exploded in the shop. It was over the entire car. Also, I was told a tire had low pressure and that they would fill it. When I got home I saw a different colored cap on the wheel and looked at it. The valve stem was broken completely off and a random cap was placed over it. So after breaking it they lazily shoved a cap on without telling me. So cant fill my tire with air until thats fixed. Wouldn’t recommend this shop for this lazy behaviour.

Wonderful customer service! A big thank you to the team at Courtenay automotive who kindly squeezed us in last minute when my car started making a concerning noise. We were visiting from out of town and felt worried about driving it back to Victoria. They didn’t have to squeeze us in but they made it work and helped identify and repair the issue that was happening. Thank you so much for helping us, I cannot express how much we appreciate it!

I suspected that the battery in my car was at the end of its life and pulled into the shop at 10 minutes to close. The team tested my battery confirming my suspicions and had a new battery strapped in and ready to go in minutes. Even gave me a bit of a break on the labour cost as the replacement was quick and easy. Very grateful!

The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Not only were they transparent on my cars issues and the cost of the repairs, but they were happy to answer all of my questions. Will be returning for future repairs and I would recommend to others!
