A great place to enjoy serene, picturesque and pleasant walk when in Courtenay. It runs parallel to the river and have some amazing views. You can also view small aircrafts landing or taking off along the path.

Awesome park by the water.
The new amenities are great.
There are lots of covered areas to stay dry in the rain.
The new kids playground makes me upset that I am not a kid anymore.
It looks like a lot of fun.

This park consists of a paved walkway along the Courtenay river and estuary. There is also a playground for young children. It is very popular with walkers and bird watchers / photographers. Part of the riverwalk goes around the Courtenay airpark's runway. Washrooms and parking available.

Pretty decent place for a walk beside the wee airport and the waterfront.

The most photogenic place in Courtenay in summer. The view was very nice ,I felt very close to the nature.
