I absolutely loved the experience I recently had with Courtenay Mazda. I was looking for a reliable car for the longest time ever and ended up at this dealership. They have got great staff and the fella that helped me Alex Shony was quite pleasant to deal with. He has got extensive knowledge about cars and me being the most anxious soul on this planet, he answered every silly question I had with great patience. He turned this arduous process of buying a car into a walk in the park for me! Definitely recommended...

We bought a used car and Alex is a very knowledgeable salesman who makes sure you get all the information you want. He puts no pressure on you and even followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was ok.
Although there were some minor issues afterwards, Courtenay Mazda fixed everything at no extra cost and Sean from the service department was very patient in dealing with all our queries. Highly recommended!

My daughter had been looking for a good used car for months, originally wanted to go with a Prius or Fit but after watching the crash test videos she had a change of heart. I’d heard that Mazdas have great safety records and are easy to maintain, so when we saw a used Mazda3 at Courtenay Mazda we jumped in the car, drove two hours to view it and even though they were closing in less than an hour, they took the time to go over the car with us, test drive it, discuss pricing and went well above and beyond in making sure we were looked after. They stayed two hours past closing to ensure all the paperwork was done, she was insured and the car had a full tank of gas and was spotless. Can’t recommend them enough! I’ll definitely be looking at Mazda for my next purchase.

Worst dealership experience I have ever had. We made a deal for a new Mazda. We brought a cheque and before the deal was signed the sales manager( Mike) dropped the price of our trade by $1000 after we agreed on a trade value, 2 weeks prior.I wanted my deposit back but they said it was not refundable. I would never recommend Courtenay Mazda. What kind of dealership goes back their word.
