Just bought a new CX-5 from this location. We had to upgrade from a CX-3 due to a growing family. We were very happy with the CX-3 but were super excited to purchase a newer CX-5. The staff were also exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Both Bryan and Austin from Mazda were incredibly kind and if you're looking for a car, I would definitely give them a chat. I highly recommend Mazda as a reliable car and chatting with them at the Courtenay location. 5/5

Everyone was so polite and helpful! The crew there is the reason I recently purchased my first car. Bryan Childs was very thorough, helped us choose my car, gave me a test drive, and taught me small details about it. Melissa was incredible; she was really kind, guided me through each step, and thoroughly explained everything so I knew what I was getting myself into. Additionally, Mike was really kind and helped me set up their app. Instead of trying to fit you into any car, the Mazda team gets to know you and helps you find a vehicle that suits you. I felt very comfortable there and can’t wait to go back tomorrow haha

First time having such a pleasant experience thru a used car dealer. You could even think they don't want our business as we were in and out in far less time than others car purchases ;-)
Bryan Childs was our rep. He was quick to respond to our interest. He got any & all info to us before we made the 1.5hr drive when our car was on life support
He had the vehicle ready for when we arrived and even showed us a second vehicle he thought suited our needs which we ended up choosing instead.
Mike (the money man) was pleasant, knowledgeable & fair. He even considered our junk car, as we all know a new catalytic converter has value. We negotiated a fair price and finalized the deal thru Melissa who was not only skilled but cheerful. All tied nicely with an ICBC bow by Morgan.
We liked how everyone was dressed casually (not in suits) it helped relax which was already a stressful venture.
One area to work on would be once a dealer has contacted the customer in an online enquiry, the car item needs to note saying it's been assigned so customer doesnt receive multiple salespeople contacting them by text, phone & email. It's very disruptive if it comes thru a work cell phone.
Overall the best auto purchase ever. Thanks Sue & Craig W.

This is the second Mazda we bought from this dealership and both times the experience was great. Bryan Childs and Mike Milne were great at showing us what was availiable and options and Chad was great at showing us the various warranty options and cost. Bryan was particularly patient in walking us through the tecknical setup which we found daunting.
