I built a new home and we couldn't be happier with the plumbing and natural gas work provided by Isaac and Reid at Courtenay Plumbing. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Throughout the construction process, the team worked well with our builder and stuck to timelines. I was impressed by how neat and organized their work was. The quality of the work is exceptional, everything runs smoothly, and I’ve had zero issues.

I hired Courtenay Plumbing to swap out my hot water tank. Dominic was very communicative and easygoing in gathering the necessary details and providing the right information. His guys came earlier today to do the swap and they were kind and respectful, and they were in and out quickly. The professionalism of this company was great and I look forward to having them do work for me again in the future.

Just finally getting round to posting a review! A huge thank you to Isaac of Courtenay plumbing for the fantastic job he did installing our Hot water tank, toilet, new super awesome shower and all the new lines and outdoor faucets etc.!

Installed a gas hot water tank on my house build. Once moved in the hot water tank blew up first shower. Called for emergency warranty work on their installation happily said they could fix the issue tomorrow, they came did nothing to fix the issue. Left me without hot water for 2 weeks waiting for parts that weren't even the solution to fix the issue. A year a half go buy and I get a call from collections that your company is looking for money from me for your poor offer of warranty services. Crooked company that doesn't have communication or skill to offer services. Never recieved or was told I would be charged for their poor work quality.
