A good place in the city if you need a free shower, just make sure if you go on the weekends that you show up before 2:00 PM - you get a free 30 minute shower, with a code-only access locker room and everyone that uses it in my experience has been very respectful of one another.
There is one private shower for disabled or if it’s not busy (it’s usually not) you can use it - then next to it there’s a shower room with a bunch of showers available.

The place is clean and the staff are kind. It's incredibly useful for houseless folks to shower and charge their phones. Also I was able to enter on the dot of the opening time which is nice.

Really needed to take a shower, and they accommodated that for me.
Found the facility to be immaculately clean and the staff were all extremely kind and helpful.

Best community center in Canada! I live in a car, and took a free shower here at noon today. We are human being not animals.

Disappointed after my daughter’s shoes were stolen right outside the gymnastics room. What’s more concerning is the lack of secure storage, no on-site security, and no surveillance cameras in place. While staff were empathetic and kind, the facility needs to take better steps to ensure safety and prevent theft, especially in a place meant for children.
