Best community center in Canada! I live in a car, and took a free shower here at noon today. We are human being not animals.

Really needed to take a shower, and they accommodated that for me.
Found the facility to be immaculately clean and the staff were all extremely kind and helpful.

Disappointed after my daughter’s shoes were stolen right outside the gymnastics room. What’s more concerning is the lack of secure storage, no on-site security, and no surveillance cameras in place. While staff were empathetic and kind, the facility needs to take better steps to ensure safety and prevent theft, especially in a place meant for children.

I recently started using the gym there and it had been great! It's always clean and well maintained, and I've had no issues with the machines. Also, I love seeing people of all ages and fitness levels there.
The gym is open early in the morning and late into the evening, which makes it convenient for those who have office working hours like me.. Courtenay can be a bit quiet outside that time, so it's great to have a place to go and stay active
