Everything was perfect. Warm table and just the right amount if pressure. Asked if pressure was ok and how I was doing.
Upper back and neck felt great after the massage.

Found myself looking for an RMT after hitting a plateau with a nagging back injury suffered in 2023. Cumberland Village Wellness had the right reviews, and Laura Schroeder at the center had an opening. I booked myself for an initial and a subsequent at the same time, I wanted to give this a good chance at providing some relief. I should not have worried, it was apparent after the first visit Laura is an awesome therapist. She listened to my history and pain profile, and when she started work it was clear she knows what she is doing. Second visit, better than the first. She had more time to work without having to do the initial consult. They've got themselves a steady customer. Go. You won't regret it. It's a wonderful setting, calming and inviting. They deserve the 5 stars. Thank you Laura!!

I have been seeing Laura and she has been so intuitive with opening up the tight areas in my body. Really enjoy receiving care from her. Excellent bedside manner.
Also the owner, Kirsten, is incredibly kind and thoughtful. This is a lovely space for care.
