I would like to thank Dalron Home Improvements for the wonderful carport that they designed and erected at my house. All the individuals who worked here were polite and professional. The carport was installed in about 6 hours and the clean up was impeccable. Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you on another project.

We were initially impressed with the work they completed at my father’s house, but our elation quickly turned to dismay when several ceiling leaks appeared. After multiple visits to “repair” the incorrectly sealed roof, none of which resolved the issues, the owner began ignoring my father’s calls.
My father is recovering from a severe and life-altering injury, and watching his morale plummet throughout this ordeal has been especially disheartening, given how excited he was about the original product before its inadequacies became clear. I have tried to fix the issues myself, but I am no professional, nor do I have any idea where these panels are supposed to be secured.
Before the owner stopped responding, he claimed that part of the roof they had installed was attached to an area of the house that had already been leaking. However, one of the deck ceilings they constructed entirely from scratch is also leaking, and at a much more dramatic rate.
At this point, we are likely going to contract someone else to patch or properly redo the work, as the monsoon season is approaching and the leaks are already damaging the house’s interior. That said, if DHI were to reach out and help us finally resolve this issue, I would be more than satisfied to strike this from the record and leave it at that.

After getting estimates and ideas from 2 other companies, I hired Dalron/Steve to install an aluminium roof over my patio. Steve had the best price for the same product and completed the work in a short time from when I first engaged with them. The project was built in 1 day by a couple of efficient and polite workers. Final invoice was exactly as estimated. Steve even offered solutions for trellising the existing grapevine at a corner of the patio. A pleasure hiring local people who provide excellent workmanship and a fair price.
