Danielle Sharpe is an excellent realtor! She is knowledgeable in the building aspects of a home, patient, kind and not afraid get in that creepy crawlspace with you! She is diligent in seeking the answers to your questions and actually getting back to you! She is by far the best realtor I have used in my many years of home and investment purchases.

We are so grateful for Danielle’s expertise! Buying a house can be one of the most stressful experiences you go through, so finding the right realtor is imperative.
Danielle made our house hunting and buying experience a positive one. We never felt pressured to settle, she was so patient with our questions and concerns and took us to each and every house we wanted to view (and even showed up with amazing pastries for us from her favourite bakery!).
When we finally did buy, she continued her support by checking in on us as well as made sure the loose ends were dealt with from the previous owners.
