Alexander has done our roof and small jobs with vents. He has always been polite, professional and timely with his work. His communication is also fantastic, when there was an issue making it on time. Affordable and excellent work!

I contacted Alex about the possibility of him cleaning my roof and treating it for moss. We arranged a time for him to come and check things out. He arrived on time. We talked and he looked at the roof from all aspects. He said he would send me an estimate for the job of removing the moss, blowing off masses of needles and then finally treating the roof to prevent the moss growing back. The promised estimate arrived the next day. It was what I had hoped for, and was within my limits.
We arranged a start time. He arrived on time the first day, during which he and his helper removed the moss, and blew off the needles and cleared the gutters. The next day he and Curtis arrived on time, treated the roof and the job was done. I paid him. The job was arranged and done within four days. I will be arranging for him to return every two years to clear the house of needles and check for the return of moss. I am pleased.

What a great company to deal with. Alexander & associate did an outstanding job of cleaning our roof, protecting our plants and clean up after the moss removal. Alexander is extremely professional - I would recommend this company to anyone with a moss problem. Considering the amount of time they spent on the roof we feel the expense was fare.

We are so pleased with the work Alexander and his team at Davidson Roof Cleaning did for us. Our 22 year old concrete tile roof was super mossy and there were black streaks developing here and there as well. Alexander came by and after determining what work was needed, prepared an estimate for us. We agreed and he and his team did the work perfectly and on time. And the cost was exactly as stated in the estimate. This is a company we would highly recommend ... thoroughly professional, organized, tidy and friendly too. Thank you Alexander!!
