What an amazing store! I always feel so welcomed and at home when I visit Design Home Therapy! I’ve bought so many art pieces at very reasonable prices. The sofas are locally made in BC with a great warranty and the options for fabric, fill, etc really personalize the experience. And so many options for sheets! The staff is so friendly and not at all pushy, it’s like shopping with your friends.

I love Design Therapy they have such a beautiful store it's definitely my favorite therapy session when I get the chance to go! Jenny the owner and all the girls there are amazing! They are very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to helping you pick out the perfect pieces for your home even if you're just going in to window shop or browse, the team is so friendly. - My daughter tells me if she could she'd live there!! 😂😍

Jenny and her team were very welcoming when we came into the shop to look for furniture for our new house. After some discussion I invited her to come to the house to help us decide on style and colour. With her assistance we made some design decisions that we are more than pleased with...and it arrived 4 days later! Now we just need to add some artwork.

As soon as my wife and I walked in the store the staff presented as disinterested and kept engaged in their own conversation.
When the owner finally decided to engage in conversation she came across as arrogant and could careless if we even bought from her store, therefore we certainly wont be.

Design Therapy is the only place you need to shop for furniture and home accessories in Comox Valley and beyond! The items they carry are high quality, on trend, and very well priced. Their access to additional items, as can be viewed on their website, makes it possible to always find the 'just right' item. Jenny and Todd and their entire sales team are super knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic to help hone in on how to get what you're looking for and within budget. They make each experience personal and special and it is obvious that they genuinely care. The store is beautifully curated and constantly updated. Design Therapy is truly an above and beyond local business - so awesome to have in our community!
