I recently had the pleasure of visiting DN Auto, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Every time I've gone there, their staff has been incredibly helpful and always seems to figure out the problem with my vehicle.
What really stands out to me is how kind and approachable everyone is. They take the time to explain what needs to be done without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Plus, their pricing is very reasonable, which is a huge bonus in today’s world.
Overall, my experiences with DN Auto have been nothing short of excellent. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer service and their ability to solve issues efficiently. They’ve definitely earned my trust as my go-to auto repair shop!

Finally a mechanic I feel I can trust. Good communication and a welcoming atmosphere. The ladies in the office take the time to actually explain things, and have even walked me into the shop to show me. I have never had that happen elsewhere.
A mistake was made with a repair this year (a misunderstanding about a part) and I didn't notice it until a few months later. I brought it up and they quickly figured out what happened, recognized the mistake, took accountability and explained what happened and why, and promptly booked me in to fix it at no cost to me.
Mistakes happen, I get it. It's all in how a business handles it, and they handled it very well.

Well where to start,I brought my very expensive and new to me sports car to DN for some simple exhaust work, well it went sideways very quickly and the car was scheduled to be in california a week later. I cant even express my gratitude enough to Tyler and Nadine who after fighting with it for 3 days made the decision to pull my motor which almolst brought me to tears.These guys not only got it back together exactly the way it was and I made the 6k km round trip with literally zero issues. I will be recomending these guys to everyone who asks. Thank you Thank you Thank you so much guys you were absolutely amazing and the price was unbeatable

Worst mechanic I've ever been too. Wanted to charge me 300 dollars to replace all my fluids. Told me they had no idea what the problem was. It took me five minutes of looking at my engine to realize it was a hole in the air intake. And a 40 dollar part. They will take your money and screw you over. POS. Pretty sure they're deleting reviews. Check yelp for an honest review.

They seem to be pretty honest, and the receptionists are really nice. They even provide a shuttle service if you live far (within reason) from where they are. They do a good inspection with oil changes as well. Definitely will be coming back.
Edit: after a year of being a regular as I drive my car for work, I can 100% recommend these guys. They're honest and tell you what needs to be done and what can wait and they're pretty transparent with pricing. If they don't provide the service (such as intensive exhaust work) they'll recommend the next best thing. I won't be going anywhere else unless I have to. These guys have a lifelong customer in me.
