I needed to order a Chris Christensen product and sent an email to see if they had it in stock. Darlene replied to my email and confirmed product was in stock. I called and she took order over the phone and processed payment. Shipping label created that day and I had item in 3 days. In the package was a little Thank You card. It's great to know that customer service isn't dead yet. At least not at Continental Pet. Thanks so much for all you do, Darlene. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Great service and I love their selection of products. I order from far away so it was neat to meet them in person when I traveled to an event they were at.
Everything from high end grooming products to cute magnets and dog themed clothes for the canine enthusiast.

Carly and her team always recommend the best products and this is no exception!!
I didn’t think a comb could make such a difference, but the Chris Christensen comb out comb totally proved me wrong. The little rubber grip line is genius, and I can actually feel when the coat hits it. The finish I get before scissoring is so much smoother and more even now.
Honestly, this comb has earned a permanent spot on my grooming table. Totally worth it!

I stopped into Dogs Do Smile (Continental Pet Company) after meeting Carly at the Campbell River Dog Show, and I’m so glad I did!
Even though we’d never met in person before, she greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and real industry know-how. Her staff were just as lovely — friendly, thoughtful, and totally enchanted by Chum (rightfully so)!
They helped us track down some great finds, hooked us up with generous samples, and made the whole visit feel personal and welcoming!
And Chum’s new collar? Let’s be honest — it’s not a collar, it’s a full-on Bull Tiara. Fit for a prince, worn like a legacy!
I only wish they showed up on the mainland show circut more often! Genuine service like this deserves to be celebrated!!

I haven’t visited the store but I order often from them. Last time I ordered I goofed up my email address. I called and they were more than happy to change it for me. The lady was super nice on the phone! Also they often send me candy when ordering. Thank you! ❤️
