Dr Doug Trotter has been our Chiropractor since 2013. His treatments are thorough and effective.
A few years ago I developed a frozen shoulder and Dr Trotter successfully fixed my shoulder and shortened the recovery time. The other shoulder then became painful and Dr Trotter prevented this shoulder from becoming a frozen shoulder.
Both my husband and I benefit from Dr Trotter’s treatments several times a year, allowing us to continue our active lifestyle, pain free.

There is a good reason why I've been seeing Dr. Doug for 20 plus years. He began his practice with a deep understanding of the human body and insight beyond his years. It goes without saying that time and experience has only made him a more valuable asset to his patients, and most specifically, me.
I'm not saying there aren't other good chiropractor's out there, but I am saying that Dr. Doug's interest in the patient as a person, and their well-being as a whole, set him apart from the crowd. He even recently went quite out of his way to help with my discomfort! (I would share this experience, but it might set a precedent;) I would suffice it to say that as long as he's practicing, I will be trusting my spinal health to his expert care.

As an elite endurance athlete, I seek out top professionals in their field of practice. I met with Doug to discuss the option of tackling quad tendonitis and achilles tendonitis with shock wave therapy. With a laid out treatment plan and understandable explanations for what the healing process would be, I saw exponential improvement after just 1 session. Four treatments later and I'm back moving pain free and training has resumed. Doug combines the shock wave with his other skills in graston and chiropractic adjustments. I have already recommended his services to many others. Results speak and Doug is results driven.

I have been dealing with what I thought was permanent, severe shoulder pain for years. I hadn't been able to sort it out through carrying babies, working, physio, etc. A few sessions with Dr. Trotter and I'm getting more and more relief between each visit.
He's so full of knowledge and interesting tidbits, it's one of the rare places I've found a healthcare appointment to be truly enjoyable.

I am so grateful to Dr Trotter for relieving my painful bone spur and Plantar Fasciitis in just three treatments of Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy. I was in so much pain that I could hardly walk and after my first treatment I felt huge relief and it no longer felt like a knife striking my heel every time I took a step. I was somewhat skeptical at first but am so glad I gave Dr Trotter and this new innovative treatment a try. I only wish I had found out about ESWT sooner and saved myself a year of suffering with foot pain.
