Trish is so knowledgeable about the products she sells, and she helped us pick out the perfect mattresses for family. We love our Sombrio, it's the most comfortable mattress we've had. And according to my Fitbit, my REM sleep and overall sleep quality has improved!

We had our fridge break down so we went shopping for new one at the brick. We were greeted by Jasveer when we walked in and directed to the proper department where Jasveer explained in detail the pros and cons of the fridges along with the warranty info . We ended up buying a fridge that suited our needs etc. We were treated very respectfully, professionally and had a good experience.
Jasveer even gave us info we didnt know.
Thank you so much. This was a distressed for sure.

I felt pressured to buy, felt I was not being listened to by sales person and uncomfortable. I did understand enough about what I needed in a mattress already, so I stuck to what I needed. I paid what was alot to me, but I did get what I needed and like what I bought. I feel I could have gotten more or a better deal if I wasted a lot of time looking around, but was not able to do that at that time. They were not very friendly and would not even give me a pillow or sheets with a large purchase and I felt they were cheap.
