We were stuck for trying to get our travel trailer/camper home on a holiday Monday. BCAA could not help us with towing the trailer , and their were other towing companies that would or could not take us from one town to another. So we were so pleased that Dunn Right towing could. They came in good time, and the tow truck driver was very friendly. We will be sure to use their service again and would highly recommend them to others.

We were in a pinch, broken down on the side of Ryan Rd. The other guys just hung up on us, last hope Dunn Right Towing! The receptionist was one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to talk with and went above and beyond to help us. The driver was on his days off but didn't hesitate to offer to help. I can't say enough good things about this company, professional, excellent customer service, top notch equipment and willingness to do what it takes to help.
Thank you for everything

Arrived slightly early (a huge plus). Had a friendly and happy operator get my vehicle where I needed it. Great value. Would happily call again when I need a tow service.

I needed assistance with a witness statement regarding a roadside issue where an RCMP officer impounded my vehicle. When I reached out to Dunn Right Towing to request a statement from the tow truck driver, the owner, Damon Dunn, refused, citing that his employees are not allowed to assist with such statements. Given that Dunn Right is "RCMP Towing & ICBC Approved" and works closely with these entities, this seems like a major conflict of interest. All I required was a witness statement for my legal counsel, and it appears Dunn Right might better be named Dunn Wrong.
UPDATE:
I need to clarify a few things. I haven’t mentioned any issues with the RCMP or refusing a breathalyzer. It seems there might be a misunderstanding. I can only assume that you spoke with the tow truck driver after my review. Your response contains inaccuracies, which only reinforces my concerns. Thank you for validating my review. It remains as is.
Gone from Dunn Right to Dunn Wrong—people of the internet, steer clear. The owner seems to be a vindictive individual who discloses false and confidential information.
