I want to give a huge five-star review to Dylan at Eclipse, because she truly made my entire shopping experience unforgettable. She helped not only me, but also my mom and my grandma with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care. From the second we started looking at dresses, she repeatedly went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for.
Her advice was thoughtful and honest. she gave amazing feedback about the styles, fits, and colors, and even shared a super helpful tip about using hairspray to keep glitter from falling off a dress. I never would’ve known that! Little things like that showed how much she pays attention and how much effort she puts into helping customers feel confident and prepared.
Her supervisor mentioned that Dylan has only been working there for about three months and that this is her very first job. I was honestly shocked. she handled everything with the maturity, professionalism, and confidence of someone who has been in retail for years. She seems a couple of years younger than me, and seeing how well she managed everything was seriously impressive, especially considering how tough first jobs can be for teenagers nowadays.
All three of us me, my mom, and my grandma thought the absolute world of her. I genuinely don’t think I would have found the perfect dress without her guidance, encouragement, and support. She made the whole experience stress-free, enjoyable, and special.
Dylan deserves every bit of praise. She is exactly the kind of employee every store hopes to have. dedicated, kind, knowledgeable, and naturally gifted at what she does. Five stars truly isn’t enough!

Was shopping with my daughter, and anything l picked out was a no..
The young lady who was working there asked if she could help. I said yes please, “tell my daughter this is so nice and you think she should try it in.”
Boom! Left with a nice outfit to wear as a guest to grad! Saved us hours, and it turned out to be a favourite.

I went here a couple weeks ago in need of a dress very last minute. I walked in and told the girls working what I needed and that I was on a time limit. Abby and Chayanne (I know I butchered that spelling girl I'm sorry) were extremely helpful and chatty. They not only helped me find the perfect dress (which took a beating at the club but held up AMAZINGLY) they also gave me a very positive experience at this location and this has now become my go to place for nice dresses for any occasion. the selection was really good and the prices were okay, but nothing outrageous. I wish they was more plus size accommodating but they still had dresses that fit my body type. When I was in and out of the change room the girls were more than excited to hype me up and make me feel good in my new dress. I left the store feeling confident in my body and confident I made the right decision in my dress. Thanks girls very much for the help!

Very soft, comfortable, mostly stretchy clothing. Great prices too and they always have amazing deals. First clothing store in the valley that I find something I like every time I go. Friendly staff. Sweet young lady working there maybe doesn't understand that women my size can't wear body con dresses but she was very helpful nonetheless, and if I wasn't so chunky I would have probably bought the skinny girl stuff she showed me! I will be back

yesterday when i was shopping it took the lady who was working at the time 30 minutes to notice i was there. she only focused on one person even though there was 3 more of us in there (i didn’t recognize her so she’s probably new). she seemed to know this person personally, please don’t let friends distract you from helping other customers, i understand the desire to just focus on one person but you can’t do that when you’re working alone.
i’m not sure what happened in the last year, but the customer service has gone very downhill. there is only 2 people who have properly greeted me when i walk into the store are Dawn and Cheyenne. everyone else either never acknowledge me, or it takes them almost 30 minutes to notice i’m even there.
a big thank you to Dawn and Cheyenne for always being on top of things and making sure everyone is taken care of, you guys are amazing!!! the rest of the girls are very nice when they do eventually help you, but it takes them a very long time to do so, i’m sure that with more training they will be amazing.
edit: give cheyenne a raise, she deserves it :)
