Three stars because for the actual end of the roll employees deserve 5 stars they were super friendly and helpful and the installer they recommend I’d give 1 star we purchased our new carpet thru them and they were great even said they had someone who can install it and they made it super easy. The installer showed up was an older guy in a newer blue F150 with a black space cap and no company logos which I though was odd but installed the floor very quick and seemed good at the start and was happy after he left however this carpet is less then 5 years old and now has massive ridges and bubbles in it. I’ve never even scene 20 year old carpet like what was laid down previously in the house get ridges and bubbles like this and essentially every room in our house that had the carpet installed has them. Lesson learn end of the roll themselves are amazing but do not use there recommended installer cause after 5 years my carpet is essentially ruined and I wasted thousands of dollars and will probably have to redo my upstairs flooring.

Blair was very patient and helpful dealing with us picking out carpet and colour. I can’t remember the installers name but he talked a lot. He did a great job but he distracted the other workers with his music and talking. However, like I said he did a great job at installing our carpet and I would highly recommend Blair and his team.

We recently had the pleasure of working with End of the Roll Flooring, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Jason was fantastic—he was easy to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. Mark, who handled the installation, was both careful and efficient, ensuring that everything was done to perfection.
Every member of the team was terrific, making our flooring purchase a breeze. We're absolutely thrilled with the end results and couldn't be happier with our new floors. Thank you, End of the Roll Flooring, for making our home even more beautiful!

They did my moms floor after she had a flood a few months ago. Every single guy that they sent to fix all their mistakes (constant bubbles-HUGE noticeable bubbles) had a horrible attitude (except one, as he did do his best to fix the floor by cutting more holes in it, however the floor was still uneven and looked unprofessional as rhe knife slicings were still visisble) as they didn't want to bother coming out to replace the errors and unprofessional application that led to so many humongous air bubbles in the flooring (my husband does flooring on the side, not even as his main job, and he can do a way better job and isn't rude about fixing any mistakes if there happens to be any that come up). My mom had to fight for them to come and fix the air bubbles that you could visibly see and we're literally huge, and the guy still complained he had to come fix the floor and then ended up sticking a knife into it and cutting a slit very noticeably and then gluing it shut. In many places. Not only were the slits cut in the most noticeable spot he could have done them to get the air bubbles out, but they literally looked liked somebody just cut her floor up and left it there. There was no application or thought or professionalism. When my mom had to complain her expensive floors were all minced up and she wanted them to fix it, they still gave her grief.
Be warned if you are going through insurance and have no choice but to use these guys as they don't know what they are doing and have horrible misogynistic attitudes and a clear lack of caring for their craftsmanship. Do yourself a favor and get the insurance payout and use that to have somebody else do the floors (privately, another company, or even doing it yourself would look better with the click and lay type flooring that they have at home hardware and everywhere nowadays).
If you can't do a good job, you should at least have a good attitude but you can't suck at both.
Not to mention, I've seen many of their employees in public in their t shirts with the end of the roll on them, and they are always yelling at people or acting up. Had one come into my work once in the uniform and was so rude we had to turn him away and state we couldn't help him.
