We had an in home measurement appointment booked in advance to ensure our availability. We re-arranged our schedule in order to be home at the appointed time. Nobody called and nobody showed up. I called to find out where the person was and when he did get call back he blamed not being here on his manager having a personal situation. Fine, but if you'd had the decency to call to rebook you would have had a customer. We'll be going elsewhere to find some actual customer appreciation.
