Lucie Himmelova contacted us after she had heard from our son that we wanted to sell our condo. 12 hours later we met and showed her our property. We were very impressed how confident Lucie was and even cleaned up after our renter to make the pictures look perfect.
Within a week it was listed and twenty four hours later it was sold for a price we would not believe we would get. Lucie is an incredible negotiator, a perfectionist with a warm personality. We would recommend her to anyone who want to buy or sell a house. We are lucky to have her in Courtenay!
