The worst customer service imaginable. I have had TWO very negative experiences with these people. On one occasion I received notification that my delivery was being held at their depot and, after driving over, the guy on duty barely glanced into the back room before insisting my package wasn't there. I had to drive home, waste another hour on the phone with Fedex only to be told that the package had been dropped off earlier in the day. I then had to drive back again at which point the guy conceded that delivery had been sitting there (on the shelf in plain view) the whole time. Fast forward a year later when I received a shipping label from Fedex which they specifically assured me could be printed at this location. Of course I drive over and the very same guy refuses to print the label and forces me to drive across town to the library to print the label. These people don't deserve to be in business and I certainly will NEVER set foot in that miserable establishment again.

The team at FAS Delivery were instrumental is helping us get flowers to Campbell River from Courtenay BC today. After contacting 3 other companies and being turned away, we started feeling like we'd be unable to fulfill this request for a very VIP client. Once we got Dan on the phone, we immediately breathed a sigh of relief. He made the process super easy, the rates were reasonable and we were confident the flowers would get to their destination. HIGHLY recommend FAS Delivery for any courrier requests on Vancouver Island.

Superb service, I called many couriers to deliver original papers overnight. They were able to allay my fears, and ensured that the package would arrive on time and safely. During the many phone conversations and the actual drop off, all service members were patient and supportive. The friendly service and their great attitude was greatly appreciated and my papers arrived!! Thank you so much.

Posted a note on the gate that said "HEARING IMPAIRED".
Left the door open with a note saying "PLEASE COME IN AND YELL"
They left a "Sorry we missed you" note.
So now what? I have to sit on the steps all day tomorrow.

FAS is the BEST! I sent my Christmas parcel on Thursday Dec 8 and my son in Winnipeg received it today, Monday Dec 12th. Terry, Dan and the staff are reliable and offer excellent service. Thank you!
