I've been shopping at Fitness ETC in Courtenay for the past 1.5 years, and it's been a fantastic experience. Brett, one of the staff members, is absolutely amazing—super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing to help me find exactly what I need. Stopped in mid road trip for a pair of adjustable dumbells. Was having a hard time fitting them in the car with all of our gear. The store attendant (forgot to grab his name) helped load/unload and unbox the dumbells for us so that we could make everything fit. He even disposed of the cardboard/styrofoam! Great service and a great price, would definitely recommend!

I bought a bench and weights from the store today and the staff was very friendly and helpful he even helped me load everything into my truck keep up the great work

I went in today as a total newb to supplements and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
