I have been going to this store since my son started his weight lifting journey. I went in blind knowing absolutely nothing about supplements. The gentleman who seems to often be there (owner?) is incredibly knowledgeable and has always made great recommendations, specific to my son's age and particular needs. I've been shopping at Fitness ETC in Courtenay for the past 1.5 years, and it's been a fantastic experience. The store is always well-stocked with the best selection of supplements and fitness equipment in the Comox Valley. Brett, one of the staff members, is absolutely amazing—super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing to help me find exactly what I need. His friendly attitude and expertise make every visit enjoyable. If you're looking for top-quality supplements or the latest fitness gear, Fitness ETC is the place to go. Their commitment to excellent products and outstanding customer service really makes them stand out. Stopped in mid road trip for a pair of adjustable dumbells. Was having a hard time fitting them in the car with all of our gear. The store attendant (forgot to grab his name) helped load/unload and unbox the dumbells for us so that we could make everything fit. He even disposed of the cardboard/styrofoam! Great service and a great price, would definitely recommend!
