I've been shopping at Fitness ETC in Courtenay for the past 1.5 years, and it's been a fantastic experience. The store is always well-stocked with the best selection of supplements and fitness equipment in the Comox Valley. Brett, one of the staff members, is absolutely amazing—super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing to help me find exactly what I need. His friendly attitude and expertise make every visit enjoyable. If you're looking for top-quality supplements or the latest fitness gear, Fitness ETC is the place to go. Their commitment to excellent products and outstanding customer service really makes them stand out. I went in today as a total newb to supplements and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

Stopped in mid road trip for a pair of adjustable dumbells. Was having a hard time fitting them in the car with all of our gear. The store attendant (forgot to grab his name) helped load/unload and unbox the dumbells for us so that we could make everything fit. He even disposed of the cardboard/styrofoam! Great service and a great price, would definitely recommend!

I bought a bench and weights from the store today and the staff was very friendly and helpful he even helped me load everything into my truck keep up the great work

If you want great service this place has it. I recently purchased a rack that was missing a few parts, these guys went above and beyond to get the parts for me. Along with good quality products for a great price you won’t go wrong buying from Fitness Etc.
