I have been a member at Fitness Excellence Courtenay for 1.5 years, and my experience has been outstanding. The gym consistently strives to maintain and update its equipment, regularly replacing old machines with brand new ones to ensure that members have access to the best workout tools. Sven at the front desk is a standout—always approachable, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful every day. His welcoming attitude and genuine interest in members' progress significantly enhance the overall gym experience. The staff's dedication to maintaining high standards and fostering a supportive atmosphere makes Fitness Excellence Courtenay an exceptional place to pursue fitness goals. Their commitment to continuously upgrading equipment and providing excellent customer service has made my time here incredibly rewarding. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone in the Comox Valley.
