We went to Fluid for Appy hour and it was a really good experience. The dishes were great. 1/2 price wine - thank you very much. Adding the soup and salad was a good choice. The chicken fingers we just okay. We will definitely go back.

Not my first time eating here but I won't be back. I got the fish and chips and the fish was chewy and oil-logged, the "coleslaw" was just oily cabbage. I sent it back, got the burger thinking it would be a safe bet. They don't season the burger meat for some reason and it was watery. A lot of really simple mistakes that even most home cooks know not to make. Bun was hard, no sauce on the burger. If you're going to charge me $30 bucks for a burger you better at least season the meat. Lazy. The server was great at her job and attentive which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. They haven't updated the menu in years, so you'd think they would nail these dishes, but its clear that whoever is working back there doesn't care/doesn't know how to cook. Exceptionally bad food. Never returning, you can't be charging these prices when I can just go to any number of great restaurants like Atlas down the road. I've eaten at most of the restaurants in the valley and Fluid holds the top spot for worst food now. Unexcusable

Steak and fries. 30 bucks , 38 bucks with a beer and 46 bucks after tip about 50 bucks , I could have ate two servings . Steak was good . Just need more food. Gets an extra star because colorful clientele kept it interesting .

Arrived just before lunch on a Friday & had pick of the tables. 15 minutes later, the place was just about full. Sports on the tv, music on, so a good atmosphere. Food was good & hot though it was a little slow due to a “$600 online order” just before we walked in.
Dayna, our server was fantastic.

Everything about here was amazing! The customer service was excellent! Customer service is paramount with me, I love when Iam treated well ❤️ The Food was great, tasty and filling. 😊 Definitely a stop! when staying or passing threw Courtney.
The Jambalaya I ordered the first time and it didn't disappoint at all, it all blended well and the right amount, very satisfied 😃 Started of with the spinach dip, really hot but again tasty.
The beef dip was 👌🏽😊❣️🔥 done right! Recommend for sure.

The lemon cheesecake was so good, I saved enough room to finish it😁 looked and tasted even better!
The patio was nice to sit out on.
