Stopped into Freestyle Vapes yesterday and had a great experience. Cat was super helpful, friendly, and knew her stuff — made the whole visit easy and actually enjoyable. Left with exactly what I needed, thanks to her. Will definitely be back!

Recently had my wallet with ID’s stolen, and even tho I’ve been to the shop before hand and should be recognized. While even having other ID’s and an Account set up with the store! I was denied service
The little young lady, first word ever time is
”id?” before you can get any word out upon product wanted

In the past I have not had good experiences here. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but my most recent experience reaffirmed why I go out of my way to travel a farther distance for products. Customer service very off par, and was completely ignored by the staff on shift. Granted there was another customer in the store that was looking around but I was not acknowledged at all even though I was ready to pay. Ended up walking out and taking my business elsewhere and likely won’t be returning.
