We're so impressed with the way this company stands behind their work. We had an area rug cleaned several months ago and had noticed a large wrinkle in it that kept reappearing no matter what we did. I called to see if anything could be done. They promptly came to get it, rewashed it and dried it flat rather than hanging it, to see if that would help, which it did. I highly recommend them for their work and for their customer service.

I recently had my carpets and an upholstered recliner cleaned by Fresh Look and am completely satisfied. The technician was friendly, polite, and helpful. He arrived right on time and did an excellent job. Michelle in the office was also great. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others.

Expert cleaner and expert job. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in over 14 years and I was thinking of ripping it out. After Fresh Look finished the carpet looks fantastic. I appreciated the prompt and courteous service and reasonable rates. I'll be a return customer, perhaps getting the heating vents cleaned next.

I called this carpet company and was very impressed. I've lived at my home for over 4 years and my carpet has had it with my kids spilling stuff and my animals I didn't think it could be saved .the guy that came said he might not be able to get the all the stains out but to both are surprise and his (with the products they use and spray made it smell so nice) almost all the stains came out and it looks brand new if you are looking for a carpet cleaning company i highly recommended 😀 you won't be disappointed and the prices are very fair ..

We had Dustin clean our carpets and upholstered chair in November 2024. He was fast, efficient, and very careful throughout the house as it was a very rainy day and equipment could have been wet. It wasn't a problem. The carpets look great and the chair looks new. Contact with the company was smooth and easy.
