My daughter’s big fish tank cracked and leaked all over her bedroom, the smell was awful. I tried my best with my own steam cleaner but finally gave up and called Fresh Look. They fit me in the very next day! Spencer was my tech and he was just awesome. He did a fantastic job and the smell is gone!!!!! I highly recommend Fresh Look.

I recently had my carpets and an upholstered recliner cleaned by Fresh Look and am completely satisfied. The technician was friendly, polite, and helpful. He arrived right on time and did an excellent job. Michelle in the office was also great. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others.

We had Dustin clean our carpets and upholstered chair in November 2024. He was fast, efficient, and very careful throughout the house as it was a very rainy day and equipment could have been wet. It wasn't a problem. The carpets look great and the chair looks new. Contact with the company was smooth and easy.

I have used them many times and they have always been exceptional. Their customer service is next level, reminiscent of a time when customer service was everything. They always get our carpets, throw rugs and sofa looking pristine. I feel like I should get a 1 star as a customer as I forgot to pick up my rug before leaving on vacation for 2 weeks, they were very patient with me even though I’m sure it was extremely frustrating.

I had to have them come back twice to clean my area rug. They didn't clean the new dirt spots off the 2nd time so I asked them to take the carpet & clean it again. It's a light colour & STILL isn't as clean as when I had them take it the 1st time. They said 'sometimes that happens '. No apologies from any of them for having our rug for 2 weeks. Never use them again. I had this rug cleaned last year by the competition & they were fantastic. Just thought I'd give this company a try. Big mistake.
