I have been going to FYI doctors for years and always found it to be professional and friendly. Dr.Megan Succucci is an excellent Dr , she is so kind and patient. The front desk ladies are welcoming. The eye techs Sheena, Megan and Hailey are knowledgeable when helping you pick out the perfect pair of glasses and are fantastic at repairs as well. ALL THE LADIES make the perfect team!!

First time at FYidoctors and was VERY impressed with service by the eye tech Maegan Schienbein.
I had questions about blue blocking glasses, yellow Drivesafe lenses, and understanding my eye exam prescription, and she went above and beyond to explain all the details to me.
She was very authentic, and even went to ask one of the doctors to clarify one of my questions.
Will be back again!

I have been a client of FYI Doctors for annual diabetic eye exams for a few years now -- first in Surrey BC, then for the last three years in Courtenay. I asked my previous eye doctor (Dr Kimberley Tsang) for a recommendation, and she recommended Dr Meagan Saccucci.
Dr Saccucci has a lovely, relaxed personality. The comprehensive eye exams are meticulous, and Dr Saccucci is happy to answer all my questions. The support staff are friendly and eager to please. I could not be happier with the service.

I just had the most fabulous experience at FYidoctors. I’ve recently relocated to Courtenay for work and within my first week I accidentally sat on my beloved pair of bifocals… and I did some damage. I dropped into FYi on my break today and the beautiful Barb had me sorted and out the door in 10 minutes. She’s a magician. I’ve definitely found my new Dr’s of Optometry.
