Through a bizarre twist of circumstances I needed a tow 2 days in a row for 2 different cars. Great experience both times. Shay was a total rockstar and took great care with my car and extra precautions to avoid scratching in on my overhanging branches!

I had a flat tire in the pouring rain and called BCAA for a tow and they sent Georgia Strait towing. The driver Callum arrived quickly and was really efficient and friendly and delivered me and my car to Kal Tire (as I'd requested) for a new round of tires. Great service makes life's inconveniences much less stressful!

Callum came out to Maple Lake in the Comox area, and was creative and smart in his recovery using a flat deck truck to pull an abandoned pickup out of the lake, cleaning up a beautiful area which we were then able to fish off of again, and even taking a few extra minutes to clean up some junk and garbage/belongings from the abandoned truck out of the water/off shore to keep the area natural and beautiful! Absolutely appreciated the work he went above and beyond to put in to make that nasty mess a beautiful spot again within a couple hours of it being there! Great work!

Fortunately I've only had to ever use their services once because let's face it who is looking for a towing company unless they are in trouble.
And if you are in trouble I highly recommend these guys. Pleasant. Experienced. No nonsense. Professionals.

The wait time was… long (i spent about 3 hours on the side of the rd but not sure how much of that was waiting.) but the guy was efficient and helpful. Great guy, didnt catch his name but he had blonde curly hair. Towed my car through my insurance (canadian tire). Everything went smooth and was honestly a not terrible experience for my first car tow.
