My wife and I were walking by and saw some nice couches in the window and thought to stop in and have a look. Once we entered the store we made our way downstairs to have a look at dinning tables as well. We were followed down by the owner and he asked some questions and was nice to deal with. We then went upstairs to have a look at couches and liked a couple of them. The owner said he could make a deal if we were interested. We let him know we were just looking for now. He then said he wanted to check the cost on the set we were looking at to see if he can make a better deal. A few minutes later he came back and said he would sell the set for $75 above cost. We then again told him we were just looking. I then said we are going to go have lunch and think about. That’s when the Niceness changes…. He started saying he would give another $200 off… and then I said we are heading for lunch and will think about it. That’s when he patted me on the shoulder and said “I have been in this business for 25 years… I know you will never come back so don’t try to tell me you will come back”. And from that second his very hi pressure sales turned to annoyed with my wife and I and became very unpleasant.
In all of this, I’m trying to say to NOT buy from this place! Super high pressure sales and if you say no the attitude changes immediately and he becomes annoyed.
Never going back. And you should not waist your time.

I think if you know what you’re getting into it’s possible to be happy with your furniture from here. Yes the owner uses aggressive high pressure sales tactics which are so over the top it’s almost comical. Yes what you’re purchasing is what you see and not a different new model (unless that’s something explicitly stated). Yes the delivery will have your furniture sticking in a crazy fashion out of the guy’s mini van, and the “mover” is far from a pro. But, if you know and expect these things then you can get reasonable prices on your furniture, and overall we’re happy with our sofas, the price we paid, and didn’t have any complications.

Have lots of good things to say about this place! The manager come to see me immediately upon coming into the store, and despite my lack of knowledge was a tremendous help in quest to furnish my home. Never before have I experienced such excellent service as what GH gave me. Not only is their service fantastic, their inventory is truly astounding, I walked into the store only to be amazed by the sprawling inventory of sofas, loveseats, recliners, mattresses, and dining room sets. When I made my purchase I was very happy with the price, and how much money I saved by shopping here!

We had a great experience with G&H Furniture. We got the perfect couch and ottoman With storage! The prices are very reasonable and the service was great! The owner took good care of us and even got the ottoman custom made for us to match our couch at no extra charge.
