When you own a thirty year old vehicle you need an experienced mechanic. Sean has worked on my 1992 Westfalia since pre-Covid days, when I first brought it to him as a potential purchase. He knows them inside and out, and there are always a few parked outside his workplace. I have found him, in that time, to be honest, patient in explaining the potential remedies, skilled in his trade, and capable of accessing hard-to-find parts Most recently, I was relieved to get the VW back and roadworthy for less tha $200 after having it die on the highway.. As a retiree on a fixed income, I appreciate Sean’s offer of a discount for seniors. Thanks again Sean!

Glenn was very helpful with some work regarding my TDI. He helped me get the proper oil to a descent price while VW was charging over 100$/L. He always answers any question I have when I call him. He and his techs are very knowledgeable, and they take good care of their customers.

This shop saved my vacation. About 2k km in, with another 1k km to get home, my CV joints failed. For more misery, my idle control valve died at the same time. I showed up way too late in the day, and they gave mercy to my situation staying late so that I could still make the next couple of stops on my way home, and make it to work on time the start of the next week. They even pointed out other things to keep an eye on going forward instead of just rushing me out the door to get home. I can't thank them enough.

Sept 7, 2023, I took in my car. Had a conversation with the owner that evening about picking it up the next day, Sept 8. He informed me that although he was going away till the 18th, it would still be open for me to pick up my car. He stated, "the guys will be here till 5:30, you can pick it up before then".
It is almost 2:30 in the afternoon, I was driven down from out of town to pick it up, only to find the doors looked with a written sign saying that they are closed until the 18th.
And now we have a problem. This is bad business. And in a world where word of mouth and reviews are more important than ever.
Way to go

Awesome experience at Glenn's. Told me what I needed to fix and what could wait. Reasonable and honest pricing. Very accommodating, got me in the shop and fixed up within a day. Went the extra mile to make sure my car was ready when I needed it.
