Very happy with the help that Jason and staff have provided me even though I did not purchase my hearing aids there.

I was fortunate to find Jason when he first began to practice in the Comox Valley.years ago. He knows his profession well. Being smart, articulate (and kind too) make him an excellent choice for meeting needs and genuinely caring about people. I highly recommend him as a former Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (who is profoundly deaf myself). Great guy! Great Service! :)

Jason is quick to help you find a good match for your hearing needs. He offers a great selection at competive pricing and financing. He personally ensures you get started without any difficulties and makes himself available. I'm happy I found Jason in the Yellow Pages. He is definitely worth a visit before you invest in a hearing aid.

I highly recommend Jason - he listens to what you say and how you live your life, then finds the best solution for your own unique situation.
Having previously been elsewhere (who sell only their own brand), I was astounded by the vast range of products from numerous suppliers available to me through Jason. I also found that the prices are much better than those from competitors; all that combined with the professional knowledge and both Jason's and Theresa's kind and caring attitudes makes for a very pleasant experience.
If you need help with your hearing, Jason should be your go-to!

I highly recommend this hearing aid provider. They do everything right. Later: November 15, 2022, and I’m back: My very elderly mother’s hearing aid quit at a very bad time in Parksville, and she’s pretty much stone deaf. It was a huge problem. I took it to her provider (one of the chains). They replaced the speaker wire. When that didn’t’ t work, they wanted to send it to the manufacturer at a cost of $550+. I came home and called Gordon’s. The receptionist suggested I put it in a dryer they had previously given me. After a couple of hours, I got a squeak and after 4, I got a squawk. I think it’s coming back to life! Please run this business off their feet! They deserve the support of us hard of hearing folks.
